I’m 4 chapters in and I’m wondering if I need to know anything to beat the game like which characters to use or game mechanics
Haven’t tried it yet, but I hope to. Hardcore fire emblem veteran but good luck bro
... idk, but good luck, you’ll need it
Make sure to keep Saias alive on chapter 23 or talk with him with Leif to get the Braggi Blade, which is practically required because the following chapters are considerably more difficult without it.
Speak to Selfina with Carrion on chapter 9 to get the Paragon Sword, which will considerably help in grinding units (like Carrion, who actually is pretty solid when leveled up). You can also get one from a Hero on Ch. 22.
Make good use of the capture mechanic, since it's the best way to get items in the game where gold is really sparse and shops are spread pretty far out. You can, of course, abuse the arena at the expense of your units' fatigue levels.
I strongly recommend investing in staff units (Tina, Safiya, Schroff, Linoan, Sarah, Nana and maybe even Amalda). Staves in this game really make certain parts trivial and Thief+Hammerne lets you snag a lot of really good items which helps with limiting map hazards and gaining helpful assets.
Mareeta, Fergus, Asbel, Linoan, Sarah, Dean, Carrion and Leif are really strong units. Plus Mareeta can recruit Galzus, who's a juggernaut himself. Ced's in this game too, and Forseti makes him broken as hell. But it's really up to you as to who you want to raise. Just make sure to keep an eye on the scrolls which boosts stat growths and who has them.
Carion better than Finn confirmed?
>Carion better than Finn confirmed?
I'd confirm it.
I wouldn't but i guess you could make the argument
Finn is better, both are good tho.
Yeah fin is better
I guess benching Finn was a bad decision then
If you got some use out of him early on them that’s good enough, brave lance is really good for capturing
What do you think?
