We could automate the process using a bot? As a regular user and not an admin I don't think I'm able to implement it, but I know there are coded bots that can be used to auto replace text en-masse for situations like this on larger wikis. Otherwise, I don't mind updating the pages myself.
@KhangND I'm a little late to the discussion, my apologies, but I remember getting a notif for this when the discussion was first posted and this seemed like the most appropriate place to raise the topic (if not, please let me know!). I was wondering if maybe we could change some of the phrasing in certain template coding, specifically the use of "jap" as a shortening for Japanese (e.g. jap_voiceby in the character infoboxes). I only raise this point because the term "jap" is considered a slur/offensive phrase, especially among asian-americans, so most wiki's use "jp" as an abbreviation instead to avoid this issue.
As I said, please let me know if I should bring this topic/suggestion up on a different board or thread instead if this isn't the best place. Thanks!
You stop instructing when the students motivation meter (shown at the top left) is completely empty, that's why its generally better to choose units to instruct based on who has the highest motivation meter at that time to make the most of the instruct session.
As for the group tasks, so far as I can tell you can only assign one group task per week (though I may be mistaken on this matter).
