Aesc

The Aesc is an object in Book IX of Fire Emblem Heroes.

It is a jewel imbued with Alfaðör's power that has the power to heal heaven. It directly counteracts the effects of the Misteltán.

Profile

Under the guide of Baldr, Loki told Höðr of the Aesc- a black stone that has the ability to heal Baldr, even if her invincibility is stripped by the Misteltán. Knowing that the Order of Heroes planned to find and use the Misteltán, Höðr retrieved the Aesc.

In truth, the Misteltán is actually a white jewel. Loki had previously told the Order that the Misteltán was a white gem, manipulating both parties into retrieving the wrong item. As only those of Alfaðör's bloodline could use the jewels, Loki needed Höðr to use the Misteltán herself. Believing that she held the Aesc, Höðr used the black gem she'd retrieved, removing Baldr's invincibility blessing.
