The Amatsu is a sword in Fire Emblem Awakening, owned by Yen'fay. It is regarded as one of the Valmese Regalia, alongside Wolf Berg and Vengeance.
It can be used to attack at long range; however, unlike the Levin Sword, this is done by throwing it in a similar fashion as a Javelin, and as such it deals physical damage. Also unlike the Levin Sword, only Myrmidons and Swordmasters can use it.

Etymology[]
The Amatsu's appearance is modeled on the Seven-Branched Sword, also known as the Chiljido and Nanatsusaya no Tachi, a Korean sword given to Japan in ancient times.
The "Amatsu" are the "Gods of Heaven" in Japanese mythology.
Trivia[]
- Amatsu's base Accuracy is the lowest of all the Swords available in Awakening.
- Amatsu is the first of two weapons to be based on the Seven-Branched Sword, the second being the Thunderbrand from Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
