Axebreaker is a Skill that debuted in TearRing Saga: Berwick Saga, under the name of Dodge Axes. It has appeared in multiple Fire Emblem games, starting with Fire Emblem Awakening.
Overview
It is a skill that triggers if a unit would be hit by an axe. When activated, it rerolls the hit with an accuracy cap of 33%; thus, it effectively cuts hit rates 33% and up by two thirds and squares hit rates below 33%.
In Fire Emblem Awakening, the skill increases the user's Hit Rate and Evasion by 50% when the enemy is equipped with an Axe. It should be noted that the ability does not stack with the tome Superior Axe; only one of the two's effects will be used.
In Fire Emblem Heroes it can be learned without inheriting by: Eliwood and Laslow.
