Blárowl is a Blue Magic tome and a weapon skill introduced in Fire Emblem Heroes.

Overview

As one of the generic blue tomes created for Heroes; the Blárowl and its enhanced version serve as specialist buff weapons; in line with the other Owl tomes. During combat; the wielder gains a bonus to all stats equal to double the number of adjacent allies; allowing for a maximum of +6 in normal gameplay; and +8 in game modes such as Rival Domains. Notably; it has access to refines.

The Blárowl is wielded without inheritance by Mae.
