The Blue-Crow Tome is a Blue Tome and a weapon skill exclusive to Ursula in Fire Emblem Heroes.

Description

As the personal weapon of Ursula, the standard effect of the Blue-Crow Tome is identical to her starting Blárwolf tome; granting her effectiveness against cavalry forces. After the weapon is refined, however, it functions similarly to the Spy's Dagger or Blizzard, granting an in-combat boost to Ursula's attack equal to the total penalties on her foe.
