Map of Caer Pelyn

Caer Pelyn (Japanese: ポカラの里 Pokara Village) is a small mountain village from Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones and the map for chapter 12 of Eirika's route. Located in Magvel, It is found east of Carcino and is populated by citizens who shun the outside world and live with little more than the necessities of life. It is the home of Saleh and of his Pupil Ewan, as well as his elderly grandmother, Dara. They are allies of the Great Dragon.

Apparently, it was once an integral location in the war against the Demon King. No skirmishes appear here after clearing the chapter.

Location[]

Caer Pelyn is located at the peaks of the Carcino mountains, southwest of Darkling Woods. It's high enough to cause breathing problems to those unaccustomed to the altitude.

Trivia[]

  • "Caer Pelyn" is Welsh for "Enemy Fort".
  • In a conversation between Saleh and Eirika, Saleh speaks of a legendary figure of Caer Pelyn called Nada Kuya, a "warrior princess" said to have a sword forged from a gifted Dragon's fang, which is similar to Falchion's origin story.
