The Chakram (朧 Oboro lit. Hazy) is a Shuriken that appears exclusively in Fire Emblem Fates. Taking the form of a bladed circular disc, the Chakram is indisputably the strongest Shuriken appearing in the game, complete with high Might, Critical rate, and the ability to reduce the Strength, Magic, Defense and Resistance of enemy units post-battle by a substantial extent. Usage of the Chakram does, however come at a number of penalties, including reductions in its wielder's Defense and Resistance, alongside raising foes' ability to double attack. it raises Speed by 2.
