Chill Defense is a Type B passive skill introduced in Fire Emblem Heroes. It decreases the Defense of the foe with the highest defense on the enemy team by a certain amount through its next actions.

Chill Defense can be learned without Skill Inheritance by Chrom (Knight Exalt), Ryoma (Dancing Samurai) and Walhart
