Chill Defense Resistance is a type B passive skill introduced in Fire Emblem Heroes.

Overview

As a dual Chill skill; Chill Defense Resistance inflicts a -3/-5 debuff to both Defense and Resistance on the foe with the highest combined total of both stats at the start of turn that lasts until after their next action.

Chill Defense Resistance can be learned without skill inheritance by Katarina (Torchlit Wanderer).
