Chill Speed Defense is a type B passive skill introduced in Fire Emblem Heroes.

Overview

As a dual Chill skill; Chill Speed Defense inflicts a -3/-5 debuff to both Speed and Defense on the foe with the highest combined total of both stats at the start of turn that lasts until after their next action.

Chill Speed Defense can be learned without skill inheritance by Claude (Almyra's King), and Nailah (Blessed Queen).
