The Chilled Breath is a Colorless Breath that debuts in Fire Emblem Heroes as the exclusive weapon of Summer Nifl. Nifl breaths out ice and freezing water, along with tropical-themed items for flair (citrus fruits, flowers, etc.)

Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). If unit initiates combat or is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd+6 to unit during combat, neutralizes effects that guarantees foe's follow-up attacks, and prevents unit's follow-up attacks, and also, if unit's Spd ≥ foe's Spd +5, foe cannot counterattack, if foe's range = 2, calculates damage using the lower of foe's Def or Res. | |||
