A Continued Attack is distinguished by a character pulling off two consecutive hits for each normal hit (when factoring Double Attacks). It is automatically triggered when the user is equipped with a Brave weapon and trigged randomly if the user has the Adept skill. Continued Attacks stack with Double Attacks so characters able to perform Continued Attacks can activate 4 hits at max. If the user also has the Astra skill, a maximum of 20 (4 times 5) hits can be attained. In some games, such as Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, Adept and Brave weapons trigger Continued Attacks independently, which can further double the maximum number of hits.
