• Dark Spikes T became the partial subject of a meme following the release of Fire Emblem: Three Houses, playing off the fact that a sufficiently leveled Lysithea can use it to defeat the Death Knight in one hit. This was in turn referenced in marketing for Fire Emblem Heroes which depicted the Brave Hero variation of Lysithea using the spell to defeat the Death Knight in a single blow.
