Darting Blow is a Skill introduced in Fire Emblem Fates.

Overview

When the user initiates a battle, their Speed is increased by 5 for that battle. It is learned by Sky Knights at level 1 or higher. This skill can also be learned at any level by Falcon Knights and Kinshi Knights if they did not learn this skill yet.

In Fire Emblem Heroes; it serves as a four tier A-slot passive that provides +2/+4/+6/+9 Speed during combat when the user initiates combat. It can be learned without inheriting by: Alm (Saint-King), Caeda, Camilla, Gerik, Florina*, Rebecca*, Soleil, Tharja* and Valter*. Of these; only Alm (Saint-King) and Gerik can learn the fourth tier without inheriting it.

In Fire Emblem: Three Houses, Darting Blow is the mastery skill for the Pegasus Knight class. Similar to the variation in Fates; it increases the user's Attack Speed by +6 during combat when the user initiates.

For its Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes incarnation, with the absence of turn based combat, the skill instead increases the amount that successful attacks fill the Awakening Gauge. It is again a mastery skill for the Pegasus Knight class in this game for certain characters.
