Discipline (in the Japanese version) is a skill introduced in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance.

Overview

In Path of Radiance, Discipline (手加減, Tekagen lit. Holding Back in the original Japanese version) significantly lowers its user's stats, and is solely used for training Ike in the Prologue chapters by Boyd and Greil. It is a blank skill, and does not appear when Boyd becomes playable later on.

In Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, Discipline doubles the rate at which Weapon experience is gained, and is akin to the double experience effect of Paragon. The scroll that bestows the skill is possessed by Burton, the boss of Part 1 Chapter 3, and can be stolen. It can also be found as a Hidden Treasure in Part 2, Chapter 2.

In Fire Emblem Awakening, the Discipline skill also bestows an increased weapon experience boost upon its user, but can only be learned by Cavaliers.

In Fire Emblem: Three Houses, Lysithea's Personal Skill Mastermind doubles the amount of skill experience that she earns in battle. It is functionally the same as Discipline.
