Divine is a Light magic tome from the GBA titles in the Fire Emblem Series. When cast, the caster conjures a pillar of light, which rises off screen and falls to strike the enemy. Because the tome is heavy (in The Blazing Blade), costly, and has low durability, it is generally considered worse than alternatives like Shine. However, in Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade, Divine is your only other alternative to Lightning or Aureola.
In The Blazing Blade and The Sacred Stones, enemy Bishops may wield this tome in the Arena if the player unit has high Resistance. As the Divine tome has a high Critical rate, these Bishops can be deadly.
