The Fell Xenologues allow the player to utilize any of their currently recruited units from the main story as well as the Emblem Rings they currently has access to. During the events of the Fell Xenologue, all characters have fixed stats, classes, and equipment that change between chapters. Characters do not gain EXP during any battle except through a Event Tile, do not retain any items acquired at any point, and do not gain Bond Levels with any Emblem Ring/Bracelet. Characters do retain their current Bond Levels with each ring and any Inherited Skill they have.
This chapter introduces a new enemy creature, the Wolf. Their weapon, Fangs, deal a special debuff that causes any unit that they initiate combat and hit to lose 5 HP off of their HP cap per hit, stacking up to a -20 HP. These are common enemies throughout the Fell Xenologues and should be treated with caution. If a unit receives this debuff, the only way to remove it is through a Restore staff.
The boss utilizes the Bracelet of the Ancestor and can utilize its Engage Attack multiple times, thus making some of the Corrupted Wolves accompanying him much more annoying to work with by giving them constant Revival Stones. Luckily, the Boss can only place one stone on one foe at a time and cannot be put on the boss themselves. Defeating the boss immediately ends the chapter so focusing on the boss can be the better course of action in this case.
