Dull Ranged is a Type B passive skill introduced in Fire Emblem Heroes. While in combat; it nullifies the visible stat buffs on foes utilizing long-range weaponry. However, in-combat stat boosts such as Spurs and Drives are not affected.

Dull Ranged can be learned without skill inheritance by Morgan (Lad from Afar).
