Since all of the other divine weapons give the character using them stat a boost, and Zephiel has extra health, it can be assumed that Echesachs stat boosting ability gives 15 extra health to the wielder. (This would be similar to Vaida's "Uber Spear" which gave an extra 17 health to the user.)

Since all of the other divine weapons give the character using them stat a boost, and Zephiel has extra health, it can be assumed that it may have been intended that Echesachs stat boosting ability gives 10 extra health to the wielder, although by game mechanics it doesn't give any and Zephiel naturally has 70 HP. (unlike Vaida's "Uber Spear" which gave an extra 17 health to the user from the weapon itself.)

EckesachsEckesachs (エッケザックス Ekkezakkusu, translated Exaccus in fan translation) was used by the Hero Hartmut, along with the Sword of Seals to combat dragons during the Scouring. After the Scouring, it became the royal sword of Bern, usable only by its king. In Fire Emblem: Fūin no Tsurugi, Zephiel uses it in his battle with Roy and also uses it in a fight with Cecilia.

The weapon itself is unique in design. Having no known sheath, the blade is simply carried around in a scepter form instead of being in a case. When it is actually used, the sword mechanically morphs into a huge blade of overwhelming power. Zephiel transforms it into a sword by spinning and thrusting it. The sword apparently has some affinity with the element of electricity, because it draws thunder when Zephiel attacks with a critical hit and sends a shock wave when he attacks from a distance.

Eckesachs can only be used by Zephiel, and can only be used by the player in Trial Maps.

There is no known title bestowed on Eckesachs therefore it can be assumed that Hartmut might be the one who bestowed titles for the other 7 divine weapons.

Etymology

Eckesachs, or Corner Sacks, is a sword used by the German hero Hiebschwert. A sage named Dietrich von Bern described this sword, leading to the conclusion that Bern and Eckesachs are both words of German origin.
