Eiji Kaneda (金田榮路) is an artist who specializes in fantasy illustrations and has worked on various trading card games and novels, as well designing the anime Aquarion. He has contributed to various Fire Emblem media and is best known for Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade and Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade. Kaneda would also contribute illustrations for the novel Fire Emblem: The Sword of Flame Durandal. He also did a few illustrations for the Fire Emblem Trading Card Game. In addition to this, he drew a picture of Minerva, Michalis and Maria for Akaneia Chronicle.
In 2012, Kaneda created artwork of Ike for Fire Emblem Awakening's DLC.
