Quick Guidelines to Voting

1. For each vote under a nomination, be sure to put either For, if you second the nomination, or Against, if you oppose the nomination, at the beginning of your vote! The Total will be calculated as Votes For subtracted by Votes Against.
2. Sign your votes with four tildes (~~~~). Using the signature button located on the top left of the edit space is the easiest way to do this.
   Note: This page is permanently locked so that only Registered Users can edit here. If you do not have an account, just create one in Sign Up.
3. You may only nominate/vote For a nomination once. However, you can choose to vote Against any nomination, as long as you give your reasoning.
4. Use the bullet editing (*) to separate votes.
5. Remember that featured articles are supposed to be chosen for how well written the article is, not how much you like the character/concept.
6. An article cannot be featured more than once.
7. The featured article will be set to be changed on the first of every month, though this may not always be possible for various reasons. If there is an equality of votes, than the admin in charge of the featured article will add a tiebreaker vote, and that article will be featured.

• Against: This is a great article, and I agree with all of the preceding nomination reasons, but it has already been featured. While it wasn't complete when it was nominated, after a good bit of work I believe the article is currently a prime example of how certain sections, like quotes, should be handled. It is also a very well structured page, and in light of many legacy characters getting new sections because of the release of FE13, that is something to be proud of. Unfortunately, it is already in the "Hall of Fame", so to speak.--Aivass Remurias (talk) 20:12, January 5, 2013 (UTC)

Chrom

• For - The structure and format of the page is solid, and is a good example of how FE13 playable character articles should be handled. Many high quality images. While not having anything to do with liking the character or not, it might be a good idea to promote FE13's central protagonist come Feb 1st, given that it will be released 3 days afterwards. I think it's a solid pick, given both the quality and circumstances.--Aivass Remurias (talk) 09:04, January 22, 2013 (UTC)

• Against - The profile is one of the most puniest of even the Awakening characters and the game isn't even out yet. The article won't be finished until February. Seriously, get real people. We shouldn't feature an article based solely on hype.--Otherarrow (talk) 16:55, February 1, 2013 (UTC)
• Against - For now Chrom's page, let alone most Awakening characters pages, is still incomplete. Like Otherarrow has said, it shouldn't be featured based on hype when the page has yet to be finished. Give it a month or a few weeks after Feb. 4th before we consider spotlighting Awakening characters--Nauibotics (talk) 18:27, February 1, 2013 (UTC)
