Flourish

Flourish (小手調べ Koteshirabe, Preliminary test or trial) is a skill from Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. This skill allows its user to attack with half of his/her attack power through the use of commands.

Flourish is especially useful for weakening enemies without killing them, giving lower level characters the chance to perform killing blows and gain experience. As Combat skills may still trigger when Flourish is activated, this skill may thus lose its effectiveness.
