Freezing Seal is a type B passive skill introduced in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is exclusive to Hríd.
Overview
Freezing Seal is locked to Hríd and cannot be inherited by any other unit. If Hríd's HP is over 50% at the start of each phase, the enemy unit with the lowest Resistance stat is inflicted with Atk/Spd-6. If two or more enemy units share the same Res total, the unit with the current lowest Health receives the penalty.
