The Frying Pan is an axe from Fire Emblem: Shin Monshō no Nazo. In order to obtain it, the Everyone's Conditions function needs to be turned on from the Battle Preparations screen (after Chapter 2). After a few hours have passed in the DS's internal clock, there is a chance it will appear in your inventory.
