—Galzus referring to Mareeta in Chapter 6
Galzus is the prince of the fallen Kingdom of Rivough, and father of Mareeta. Prince Shanan of Isaac is his cousin. He seeks revenge against the Kingdom of Isaac, after Rivough was invaded by King Mananan following Rivough's massacre of Darna. It appears he later decides to abandon the idea of revenge after retaking Manster Castle. He also decides to leave Mareeta with Evayl, who wouldn't have allowed otherwise, but he promised to visit Mareeta once a year. If Galzus dies or isn't recruited, he will become the Dark Warlord Zwei.
In-Game
Galzus has several capped stats, and he has Moonlight Sword and the useful Shooting Star Sword. Despite his late join time, he is a fairly useable unit.
