Their maximum stats are somewhat more balanced than those of the Wyvern Lord or the promoted Pegasus Knight classes, having more speed and skill but less strength and defense than the Wyvern Lord. Deliverer is useful for carrying powerful but sluggish units (namely Generals) to wherever they're needed, or for rushing critically wounded ones to within range of a healer. While Lancebreaker may seem like overkill on an axe-wielding class, it is actually very handy for surviving Beast Killer units.
