Ground Orders is a type C passive skill introduced in Fire Emblem Heroes. At the start of the turn, the user applies the Air Orders status condition onto adjacent Infantry, Cavalry and Armored units; allowing them to move to spaces adjacent to any allied unit within 2 spaces. This is similar to Zelgius's Warp Powder.

Ground Orders can be learned without inheriting by Byleth (Fell Star's Duo), Fjorm (Bride of Rime), Flayn, Micaiah (Queen of Dawn) and Petra. It can only be inherited by Flying units.
