—Heiðrún to Eikþyrnir
Heiðrún is a character that appears in Book VIII of Fire Emblem Heroes. She is the daughter of Læraðr and a member of the Healing Hands.
Profile[]
When Læraðr ordered the Healing Hands to become assassins, he cast Heiðrún aside, as her powers were only useful for healing, unlike her siblings who could use their abilities in other ways.
After Læraðr lured the Order of Heroes into Yggdrasill and poisoned them, Heiðrún came across them and healed them with her nectar. She affirmed Ratatoskr's choice to defy their father, hating the harm their family was now causing. Using her knowledge of Yggdrasil, Heiðrún leads the Order into the upper stratum of the World-Tree. When they encounter and defeat Eikþyrnir, she pleads with her brother to stop, telling him of the pain she feels from them hurting others and reminding him of their original purpose.

Etymology[]
Heiðrún is the name of a nanny goat that grazes at the branches of Læraðr along with the stag Eikþyrnir. From her udders, she produces mead for the Einherjar.
