The Hexing Rod (禍事罪穢 Magakoto tsumikegare, lit. Misfortune and Sin) is a debuffing Rod from Fire Emblem Fates. When cast, the Hexing Rod imposes a curse on a selected enemy target. If the curse manages to set, the target's max health will be halved for the duration of the battle.

Overview[edit | edit source]
Combat[edit | edit source]
The Hexing Rod's accuracy seems to be dependent on the target's Resistance; units with higher Resistance have a better chance of avoiding the curse compared to those who are deficient in this department. Hexing Rods are feared by a large number of players because of its capability of causing ally units to be felled more easily, especially when faced with enemy units armed with powerful weapons.
