Holland (ホラント) is an enemy boss character in Fire Emblem Awakening.
Severa, who was disgusted with Nelson and sympathetic to Holland's cause, decided to defect and encountered Chrom's army outside the fortress. Severa told them that she needed to speak with Holland, so Chrom and the Shepherds helped clear a path to him for her. Upon being spoken to by her, Holland becomes terrified as Nelson would certainly kill her for sure; Severa manages to convince Holland to desert, telling him that she had lost her parents. He realizes that his child deserves better and promptly leaves the fortress to reunite with his wife.
If killed, Severa turns hostile and attacks Chrom's army. This, however, must be deliberately done by the player, since despite being an enemy Holland will not attack the cast even if they're in his range.
