Jiol is an enemy boss character from the Archanea series. He is the corrupt and cowardly king of Gra. Though he and his country of Gra are allies of Altea, he betrays them and sides with Medeus out of cowardice.
Jiol died at the hands of the Altean League. He was succeeded by Sheena, the daughter of his second wife.
He appears in two chapters in Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon. In Prologue IV, he is seen commanding a unit of Grust's Sable Order of Knights.
