Kagero's Dart is a Shuriken that is introduced in Fire Emblem Fates. Eponymously named after Kagero, Kagero's Dart is, apart from raising its wielder's Speed by 2, capable of significantly reducing the Skill, Defense and Resistance of enemy units post-battle. It is somewhat analogous to the Sunrise Katana, featuring a bonus 20 Avoid.
