Kaze's Needle is a Shuriken that is introduced in Fire Emblem Fates. Eponymously named after Kaze, Kaze's Needle, reflecting the character's spirit of chivalry and benevolence, boosts the Speed of allies located within two spaces by a substantial amount. The effect does not stack with Rally Speed. It also raises the Speed of its wielder by 2, alongside reducing the Speed, Defense and Resistance of enemy units post-battle. The combination of the speed increase to allies and the speed debuff to those targeted by Kaze's Needle can help allies double attack much more easily.
