“Now to unleash the devastating power of Fenrir!”

Kutuzov is an enemy character from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War. He is a high-ranking member of the Loptyrian Cult, and is put in charge of the Yied Shrine in Chapter 7 of the game. While in control of the Yied Shrine, he misplaces his Fenrir tome, allowing Seliph's army to approach him with relative ease. He will eventually fall to the wrath of the Liberation army, usually before he manages to locate his missing tome.
