Effect	If unit survives combat, gets 1.5x the exp, also applies to adjacent lance units

Lance Experiance is a Type C passive skill introduced in Fire Emblem Heroes, which can only be inherited by Lance wielders.

Overview

If a unit lives and use a lance in battle, that unit will get 1.5 (2.0 for Lance Exp. 3) times the experience. In the case for Lance Exp. 2 and 3, the bonus experiance also apllies with adjacent allies with lances.

Even Follow-Up can be learned without skill inheritance by Narcain (Vernal General).
