- Naga - Worshiped by humans as their guardian god, in reality the ascended leader of the Divine Dragon Tribe.
Valentia[]
- Duma - The War Father of Power worshiped by the Kingdom of Rigel and elder brother of Mila.
- Mila - The Earth Mother of Leisure worshiped by the Kingdom of Zofia and younger sister of Duma.
Jugdral[]
- Loptous - The god of darkness worshiped by the Loptr Church, a dragon from a distant continent.
- Naga - The god of light, one of the twelve gods who descended during the Miracle of Dahna.
- Salamander - The god of fire who descended during the Miracle of Dahna.
- Forseti - The god of wind who guides Seliph through a resurrected Lewyn.
- Bragi - One of the Twelve Crusaders, worshiped by the Edda Order.
Elibe[]
- Eight Legends - Legendary dragon slayers who wielded the Divine Weapons, and turned the tide of the Scouring in humanities favor. Worshiped as gods by later generations of humans.
Ylisse and Valm[]
- Naga - Worshiped by humans and Manaketes alike, unlike in Archanea. She protected humankind from the Fell Dragon Grima by granting her power to the First Exalt of Ylisse.
- Grima - The Fell Dragon worshiped by the Grimleal as the god of annihilation. Believed to be descended from the Earth Dragon tribe.
Fire Emblem Fates continent[]
- First Dragons - The collective title of twelve revered ancient dragons.
- Anankos - One of the First Dragons. Once worshipped as the Dragon of Wisdom, but fell to madness.
- Rainbow Sage - One of the First Dragons. Forged powerful weapons for humanity to wield in a war the First Dragons fought amongst each other.
- Moro - One of the First Dragons. An Astral Dragon that gave Lilith the power to transform into an Astral Dragon in order to aid Corrin.
Elyos[]
- Lumera - Monarch of the Divine Dragons and Queen of Lythos worshipped as a goddess.
- Alear - Child of Lumera also worshipped as the Divine Dragon.
- Sombron - The Fell Dragon worshipped as the god of Elusia.
Zenith[]
- Askr - A Divine Dragon whom the Kingdom of Askr is named after and descended from, he is recognised as the God of connections and strong bonds.
- Embla - A Divine Dragon whom the Emblian Empire is named after and descended from, she is recognised as the Goddess of barriers and broken bonds.
- Nifl - An Ice Dragon worshiped as the Goddess of Ice and protector of the Kingdom of Nifl.
- Múspell - A Fire Dragon worshiped as the God of Fire and protector of the Kingdom of Múspell.
- Ymir - A Dragon worshipped as the Life-Mother.

- Yudu - The sky deity and the highest ranking god, said to be one of the creator gods. Mentioned primarily in the developer's notes.
- Ethnia - The Earth Goddess.
Valm[]
- Mila - Worshiped in Valm (the future version of Valentia) as the Earth Mother alongside Naga. No longer worshiped with Duma for unknown reasons.
Elibe[]
- Delphi - The sky god, who is only mentioned once in a conversation with an Arcadian villager in Chapter 14 of The Binding Blade, and in the description of the Delphi Shield item
- Fillia - The spirit of fire, associated with the Filla's Might item
- Thor - The spirit of thunder, associated with the Thor's Ire item
- Set - The spirit of wind, associated with the Set's Litany item
- Ninis - The spirit of ice, associated with the Ninis' Grace item
Tellius[]
- Ashunera - The creator goddess of Tellius, the original combined form of Ashera and Yune.
- Ashera - Goddess worshiped by Begnion and the embodiment of Order.
- Yune - The "dark god" trapped in Lehran's Medallion, the embodiment of Chaos.

- Sothis - The Progenitor God, also known as "The Beginning".
Zenith[]
- Alfaðör - The god credited with creating the world of Zenith who rules Ásgarðr and its armies.
- Loki - A shapeshifting trickster god and general to Ásgarðr.
- Thórr - A war god and general of Ásgarðr.
- Hel - Goddess of Death and queen of Hel, the realm of Zenith's dead.
- Angrboða - The Maiden of Life and Death. A being of great power, she gave birth to Hel, and in death left behind her heart as a source of forbidden source of power.
- Freyr - The Vanir king of Ljósálfheimr, twin brother to Freyja, regarded as the God of Dreams.
- Freyja - The Vanir queen of Dökkálfheimr, twin sister to Freyr, regarded as the Goddess of Nightmares and sometimes Love.
- Seiðr - Goddess of Hope and the present self of Kvasir and Gullveig.
- Heiðr - Seiðr's sister and the daughter of Gullveig.
- Gullveig - The Golden Seer and future self of Kvasir and Seiðr.
- Njörðr - King of Vanaheimr and God of the Sea.
- Nerþuz - Goddess of the Land and younger sister of Njörðr.
- Kvasir - Goddess of Light and the past self of Seiðr and Gullveig.
