General Skills Edit

These skills can be equipped to any unit, provided that they have sufficient capacity and they are not restricted from equipping them due to class or race (such as Beorc or Laguz) reasons. In some cases, they may be locked to specific units. These skills can be freely removed at base, but the action is irreversible.

Resolve (FE9) Resolve 10 When your HP is below half, Strength, Skill, and Speed are multiplied by 1.5. Tauroneo
Counter (FE9) Counter 10 Returns half damage dealt to unit to opponent. Activates by a percentage based on your Skill stat divided by 2. Titania
Guard (FE9) Guard 10 Negates opponent's following attack. Activates by a percentage based on your Skill stat. Haar
Corrode (FE9) Corrode 10 Reduces opponent's weapon uses by users level(+20 if Promoted) divided by 4(Example, if a weapon had 40 uses, and a lvl 10 promoted unit uses skill, weapon now has 28 uses). Activates on a percentage based on your skill stat. Bastian
Parity (FE9) Parity 5 Negates both battle participant's skills, terrain bonuses and supports Lucia
Gamble (FE9) Gamble 10 Command: When used Hit x0.5, Critical x2 Kieran
Smite (FE9) Smite 10 Shoves the target 2 tiles away upon command. Mordecai
Celerity (FE9) Celerity 15 Grants Movement +2 to unit. Tormod
Tempest Tempest 5 Doubles Biorhythm effects. You now gain/lose 10 hit/crit. Boyd, Makalov
Serenity Serenity 5 Halves Biorhythm effects. You now gain/lose 2 hit/crit. Rhys, Devdan
Provoke (FE9) Provoke 5 The unit with this skill attracts the enemies to attack them. Shinon
Shade (FE9) Shade 5 The unit with this skill draws away the enemies from attacking them. Ilyana, Volke
FE9 Renewal Renewal 15 At the beginning of every turn, heals 10% of unit's HP(Example: if unit has 60 hp, heals 6 HP each turn). Elincia, Ena
Savior (FE9) Savior 10 Rescues another unit with no penalties upon command. Tibarn
Paragon (FE9) Paragon 15 The unit with this skill gains double the amount of exp than normal. Astrid, Geoffrey
Reinforce Reinforce 15 Summons 2 Pegasus Knights and 1 Falcon Knight Yellow/Partner units upon command, but can only be used twice per chapter. Tanith Tanith

Daunt (FE9) Daunt 10 Enemies within 3 tiles have Hit/Crit rates -5. Enemy only
Discipline (FE9) Discipline 0 Greatly reduces stats to unit with skill. Enemy only. Greil
Mantle (FE9) Mantle 0 User takes reduced damage. NPC only.
Iron wall 鉄壁 (Iron Wall) 5 Unused. Does nothing.

Class Skills Edit

These skills cannot be freely equipped, and are only used by certain classes. They take no Capacity and cannot be removed.

Mastery/Occult Skills Edit

These skills are equipped when an Occult Scroll is used on a certain class, provided the character has sufficient capacity. These skills can be freely removed at base, but the action is irreversible.

Flare (FE9) Flare 20 Attack as if enemy's Resistance was half as much than it is. Activates by a percentage based on your Skill stat. Bishop, Sage
FE9 Astra Astra 20 Attacks 5 times for half damage. Any one of these hits can critical. Activates by a percentage based on your Skill stat divided by 2. Swordmaster Stefan
Luna (FE9) Luna 20 Attack as if enemy's Defense was half as much than it is. Activates by a percentage based on your Skill Stat. General, Halberdier
Colossus (FE9) Colossus 20 User's Strength is multiplied by 1.25. Activates by a percentage based on your Skill stat. Skill cannot activate if user's Weight < Enemy's Weight. Warrior, Berserker
Deadeye (FE9) Deadeye 20 Puts opponent to sleep. Activates by a percentage based on your Skill stat divided by 2. Also multiplies Hit Rate by 2 all the time. Sniper
Lethality (FE9) Lethality 20 Instantly kills enemy. Activates by a percentage based on your Critical Rate divided by 2. Assassin
Roar (FE9) Roar 20 Paralyses the opponent for one turn upon command. Cat, Tiger, Lion Giffca
Cancel (FE9) Cancel 20 Unit takes no damage from a singular attack from the enemy. Activates by a percentage based on your Skill stat. Hawk Tibarn
Vortex Vortex 20 Attacks the target with 1~2 range Wind Magic identical to Elwind upon command. Raven Naesala
FE9 Blessing Blessing 20 Heals adjacent allies at the start of each turn. Health healed = Unit's Magic Stat. Heron Reyson
