—Jeralt
Lost Items are a type of collectible introduced in Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
Overview[]
Lost items can be collected from the beginning of the Garland Moon, but in order to return the lost items, Byleth must accept the quest Lost? Found! from their father Jeralt. To complete the quest, the player must collect the Wooden Flask, located on the second floor at Garreg Mach Monastery and return it to Jeralt.
Once a new month has come, new lost items will appear, though they do not despawn should players miss them in their debut month. Lost items work like favorite gift items when it comes to Support building, as such provides 50 Motivation when they are returned to their proper owner should they be recruited in your house. All but Jeralt and the Ashen Wolves have three lost items, with Jeralt being the one that started the mechanic, and the Ashen Wolves have only two lost items.
While it could take guesswork to find the owner, or constantly combing through a strategy guide, a DLC-exclusive Quest, provided by Constance, will add the coat of arms of the 4 factions (five with DLC) on the right hand side of the item's name, to reveal the affiliation of their original owner; i.e., the Time-Worn Quill Pen will have the coat of arms of the Adrestian Empire due to it being Edelgard's.
