Marcel can be considered similar to an Armor Knight in that he has low movement, and high defense due to his use of Large Shields. Capturing the many armored enemies in the game is a good way to obtain shields for him to use. Marcel's disadvantages include 3 movement until level 15, and not being able to use medium shields.
