Mechanist (絡繰師 Karakurishi lit. Puppeteer) is a new class in Fire Emblem Fates. They are artisans who craft puppets. They wield Shurikens and Bows with great dexterity.

Mechanists are one of a few classes that can use a Kunai Turret that shoots Hidden Weapons in a 3x3 area. They are also treated as a Puppet unit.
