Trivia

• The melon crusher references a Japanese game played on the beach called "Suikawari". Suikawari (スイカ割り), or "watermelon splitting", involves the player putting on a blindfold and walking around a beach, while people around the player give them directions, leading them to a watermelon. When the player reaches the watermelon, they have to smash it with a blunt object, like a bat or a bokken.
