In the epilogue, Miranda approaches Leif and asks him if he wishes to marry her because the court nobles are pressuring her into it. By this time, she also does not hold a grudge against him anymore and knows that he is a good person. However, Leif claims that he does not have time to think about such matters, although he plans to confess to [[Nanna]]. Because of this, she decides to return to Alster and wait for him until the Liberation War is over. During her time waiting, she falls in love with a knight (implied to be Conomool) and disappears. It is said that she lived happily as a wife and a mother.

“It all started when you fled from Leonster. My father was a kind man who loved peace. He had no reason to go against the Empire... But...but...! Just because he hid you, we were caught by the Empire and attacked! My father was forced to turn me over as a hostage and lost his right to his throne...he died a miserable death. I will never forgive you, Prince! If only you hadn't come to Alster...this never would have happened...”
—Miranda, in a conversation with Leif

Overview

Miranda is of the Est archetype, starting out weak but possessing the potential to become extremely powerful due to her impressive growth rates. Promoting into a Mage Knight, Miranda's low Strength will hamper her usefulness with Sword-based attacks, and she should thus be confined to wielding magic instead. She also lacks the Build to wield all but the lightest of Swords, although the Flame Sword and other magic weapons might be viable alternatives.

Miranda benefits tremendously from the use of any manner of Scrolls, particularly the Dain scroll. This scroll remedies her poor Defense and gives her the opportunity to gain additional Movement through her level ups. If the player wishes to allow her to wield Swords with any degree of competence, the Noba scroll, along with the Neir and Dain scrolls, are nearly obligatory for her.

Ending

Miranda - The Stouthearted Princess (わがままな王女 Wagamamana ōjo)

While waiting for Leif in Alster, Miranda fell in love with a certain knight and disappeared. Despite her short temper, it is said that she lived happily as a wife and as a mother.

Quotes

“If we could only...go back...to that time... Prince...Leif...”
