“As a soldier of the empire, you really haven't a choice now, do you... Unless you're considering betraying His Majesty...”
—Morigan threatening Ridale

Morigan is an enemy character from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War. He is a bishop of the Loptyrian Cult, and is stationed at Rados Castle in the Miletos District. Under the command of Manfroy, Morigan has gladly carried out various merciless Child Hunts. Morigan is in charge of Ridale's battalion in the game's events, and sends Ridale out on child hunt missions, much to the latter's displeasure. Morigan also appears to have a distaste for "military types", and derives pleasure from frightening Ridale with the concept of charging him for betraying the Empire.
