The Mystletainn (ミストルティン Misutorutin, alternately translated as Mistolteen in Fire Emblem Treasure, and translated Mistoltin, Mistilteinn, or Mistletain in some of the fan translations) is one of the holy weapons in Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War and was the weapon of Hezul. Only units with major Hezul blood may use it. It is occasionally known as the Demon Sword, however it is not known why. It grants its wielder +20 Skill and +10 Resistance, and also grants its wielder the skill Critical.

In the game, the only units that can use it are Eldigan and Ares, with Eldigan using it as an allied unit during Chapter 1 and an enemy unit in Chapter 3, while Ares will use it for one turn as an enemy unit during Chapter 7, but after that enemy turn ends, Ares will become a playable unit until the end of the game.

In Fire Emblem: Awakening, Owain claims to be searching for the similar sword "Missiletainn", unaware that it's not the same sword.
