Exclusively used by Fomortiis, it is used only when Fomortiis is surrounded by at least six units, this staff will issue rivulets of hypnotic rings when cast. These hypnotic rings will overwhelm the victims in question before sending them to sleep for five turns.
The effects of this staff may only be countered by Latona, which possesses the ability to restore the condition of all afflicted allies instantly.
