Etymology

A Kyūbi no Kitsune (九尾の狐) is a kitsune of advanced age. They are distinguished by fur that has turned silver-gold, alongside the attainment of powers rivaling those of a deity due to having grown a total of nine tails. These powers are ones that are omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient.
