Ninis's Ice Lance is a lance exclusive to Eliwood (Marquess Pherae) in Fire Emblem Heroes.
Overview[]
As a personal weapon; Ninis's Ice Lance is effective against dragons and beasts as well as providing Eliwood with a flat +3 speed as long as he has it equipped. In addition, if Eliwood initiates an attack; Ninis's Ice Lance grants a boost of +4 to all his stats during combat.
