The Ocean Seal (known as Conqueror's Proof in the Japanese version) is a promotional item for Thieves and Pirates in Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. It combined the roles of the Fell contract and Ocean Seal of Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken. Unlike in Rekka no Ken, however, classes that promote with an Ocean Seal can also be promoted with a Master Seal .
